Update: I have been using this guy for over a year. It is my favorite beauty tool! I have not touched a razor and I love that. I did use it in the shower a few times but I find that it broke more hairs than it pulled out. Meaning in less than a week I was feeling them growing back. I use dry and I'm good for a minimum of three weeks or more. I still highly recommend if you are trying one for the first time to use after a few wax sessions. Catch the regrowth from a wax session and it isn't so bad. Also want to note, do not let your hair get to long, the longer the hair the more you feel it. This model catches stubble pretty well, you will learn what is best for you. I am so in love with the Brain EpilSilk 9. I have four epilators but this one is by far my absolute favorite. It really grabs the shortest little hairs as they grow back. I use it about once a week and that keeps me smooth. The hair grows back super fine. I haven’t had any issues with ingrown hairs as others have. I always use it after a hot shower and exfoliating. No need to be heavy handed, just lightly go over your skin. I also do my underarms, does a really great job there as well. I didn’t like using it in the shower as it felt like i it wasn’t getting as much hair. This epilator pulls the fine and thick hair out. It is painful the first time you use an epilator, I highly recommend waxing first and then using the epilator as the hair grows back in. That way you are starting with fewer hairs and it’s easier to ease into it. The shorter the hair the less it hurts. After using a time or two it really isn’t bad at all. I rub my legs with almond oil after and my legs feel amazing. I love the feeling of smooth legs on fresh sheets and using this I get that feeling pretty much every night. My only complaint is I didn’t start epilating earlier in life. Update: been using this epilator for over seven months. So convenient and easy to use, every two weeks or so after a shower I grab it off the charging base (which makes this epilator super convenient) make a slow steady pass over my legs and my underarms. I haven't touched razors, waxes or creams in over a year and I can promise that I never will again. As I stated before it you have never epilated I highly suggest getting a wax and then using this every two weeks or so for regrowth. If you go full on with it your first time ITS GOING TO HURT LIKE H#%&. If you stay with it you will not regret it as it gets less and less painful the more you use it. I barely feel it anymore.

Why did I wait so long to purchase and use one of these?.. I don’t know but it was foolish. Most of my life, I shaved because I just couldn’t tolerate waxing. I do wax my own armpits and bikini area and Brazilian. Why buy this product: PROS: 1. It’s the Queen of epilators. I’ve done my research very carefully reviewing every website and reviews. I needed something that will maintain everything including Brazilians and facial hairs. THIS IS IT, look no more and trust me on this one. 2. Really not that painful. I know pulling individual hairs from your body sounds like an ultra-painful, medieval waxing experience, but it was not nearly as bad as I was expecting. At worst, it feels like the beginning of a static shock or needles poking. But, again, every epilator (and pain tolerance) is different. If it hurts, stop am after a small section and then start again. I had to do this first time I used it. 3. Lasts 3-4 weeks! And the best part is that you don’t have to wait for the hair to get long enough to pull (as waking does). This epilator grabs hair as small as a grain of sand. Think about your tweezers that you use to pluck your tiny eyebrow hairs. 4. This model has a shaver. Trust me you’ll need it, especially if you’re doing your bikini/Brazilian area and men for your back areas. Hairs do need to be short. 5. Handles wet (in the shower/bath) and dry. Epilating wet is going to be a less painful than dry, as there's water to coat and comfort the skin, according to a dermatologist I read so online. However, "dry epilation is more efficient because the hairs are not flatted down by water," she says, so the epilator can catch and pull each hair better 6. Maintain your Brazilian in between waxes. If you do like to wax, you may use this to maintain it. If you’re brave to give yourself a full Brazilian. Trim all the hairs to be uniform and short (the Braun comes with a trimmer head), pop a pillow under your butt, grab a mirror, pull your skin taut, and take your time. Go side-to-side in small strokes, gradually increasing the width of each stroke, rather than running it over a new, thick patch of hair each time. Adrenaline is your friend here, so take breaks, but don't stop. If you do the mons pubis first, the labia and everything else will feel like a breeze, and after a while, you become kinda numb to it. It took me two hours to do the whole Brazilian, which is a lot, but so is $60 for a wax. CON 1. Pricey. BUT, worth every penny saved from having to go to the salon to wax all areas of your body. 2. Might be out of stock since it’s so demanded. Happy I found it on Amazon. TIPS: 1. Take some ibuprofen 1HR before .. it does help a little as your blood thins and relives pain from pulling. 2. EXFOLIATE: Even if you don’t have any in hand.. mix half part left over coffee grinds, course sugar like brown sugar and a tiny bit of conditioner. Mix and rub well. I don’t recommend doing this in your intimate areas as it’s very delicate down there. 3. Epilate after your shower or bath. Your skin and follicles are moist... may be less painful. 4. As soon as you epilate one area, lift the epilator and just press that area with your hand to ease the pain.

Recently came to know about epilation n epilators. Read a lot and seen a lot of reviews and demos on internet. So, when the product was first delivered, I straight away tried it on my leg first and I didn't feel any pain literally. So, I tried on my face with facial cap on, but it was not much catching the small hair.. so I tried with the roller cap and it was good. It plucked out small growth of hair easily. I am used to waxing a lot, on my chin n upper lip also. I can say I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Very convenient for me. My hair growth is fast, I think this will be very convenient for me. Best investment. I haven't tried the facial brush yet but it seems kind of delicate.

Definitely one of my favourite products purchased online. This is a fantastic product. Tip: use it in the shower, it hurts less, gets closer, and lasts longer. I'm so use to this product now, it doesn't hurt at all. If you find it painful, put it on low, and move around, don't do the same spot, and it will desensitize quickly so you can get the job done. :) I absolutely love not having any stubble any more on my legs, even when it starts to come back in. Well worth it!

Came to me fast and I’ve been very pleased with the epilator. Works like dream and removes the hair very well. Also like the fact that it can be used while in shower or bath. It’s actually less painful when under water. The battery lasts really well also. I have been having this months and it still works with that same first charge I did when I received it. Usually I epilate only my underarms, once been epilating legs and arms too. I’m very happy with this buy and definitely recommend to others too. There were lots of different changeable parts to it but I’ve been fine with the basic rollers.
