Taylor Cable 74676 Spiro-Pro Blue Spark Plug Wire Set

I have used this cable set in the past and found it to be high quality and worked without issue. This current cable set is a different story. One cable refused to connect on the plug end even on different cylinders. Three cables had the cap end connector offset to the cable boot diameter I had to push them sideways to get them to clip on. When I removed the cable set to return it all 3 had popped off the connector. These were returned and I used a different brand

Great plug wires. Haven't measured TRUE resistance on them yet, but replacement evened out my idle and throttle response over degraded OEM wires. Note: On a '99 Durango 5.2, spark plugs have heat shields that extend bout 2" from the spark plug well. The plug shielding on these wires does not accommodate for that. No big deal to me, but you have to really push the plug wire in the heat shield to latch its clip. Other than that, wire fitment was PERFECT! Love these wires, will buy more for the other cars.

There alright, better quality than my old summit racing wire set in terms of terminals staying crimped. My issue they're causing my truck to shut down. Wires get the least bit warm and breaks connection to the coil. I chased the shutdown issue for a week before finding what the problem was. All I knew it was temperature related. That's even with heat shield sleeves on all of the wires. Worse set of Taylor wires I've ever gotten. Purchase at your own risk.

Very nice set of wires for my 01 Dodge Ram. Wire lengths were on average about 1-1/2" longer than stock. #6 was almost too close for comfort. Truck runs better than it has in a long time. The blue looks great too!

UPDATE 9/9/17: Dropping my rating to one star due to continuous arcing around the boot to my plug well sleeves (you can literally see it at night with the hood up) causing my engine to miss. This is a flaw that is obviously caused during terminal installation at the factory (Taiwan?). Terrible boot design with terrible terminal assembly. Started with Part #74676 (boot disappointment), talked to Taylor engineering who recommended Part #51076 as a "direct replacement" for the factory boots. BS. Not even close to being right and arcing so bad that I had to put Part #74676 back on. Still arcing, but not as bad. What gives with all this arcing Taylor? I've never seen this before with any other manufacturer in 30 years. Never again with Taylor. Wire quality is absolutely great, but 8mm doesn't fit in my factory harnesses, so the harnesses are removed.. Boot on the spark plug end is a huge disappointment because it just doesn't fit the factory heat shields. Nothing like stock. Once I got over the disappointment of having to use needle nose pliers to unplug and replug the boots inside the factory heat shields in order to replace my spark plugs, they work fine, I guess. PITA to return or replace, so I'm keeping them for as long as possible.

Definitely an improvement from stock wires. Improved idle and pickup on my 97 dodge ram 2500

They seem to be superior to the stock ones... they go on easily.. I have no complaints

All I can say was my mechanic was very impressed with the quality and price of these - and I love the color :)

Works perfectly in my dodge 2500 5.9 magnum
