My little dog is a very picky eater. Out of all the pets i've had in my life, she is the first to ever turn her nose up at a treat. That being said, one of her favorite treats are these chicken jerky strips. She goes berserk for them and can identify the specific sound of its bag crinkling from the other end of the house. The jerky comes in very generously sized strips, great for medium to large dogs. Since mine is small, I usually break a piece in half for her. It is still sizeable when in two pieces. The treats do not smell bad which is a rarity in the pet food department. I like that there are only five ingredients that are easily identifiable. Chicken is the first ingredient, and they are made in the US which is awesome. These are a great value, especially considering how many strips come in one bag. This is a good way to reward your dogs in a healthy manner with high value treats without breaking the bank!

It’s difficult to find chicken jerky treats that aren’t hard and crusty. I used to live in Austin Texas where there was H-E-B grocery, aka the Holy Grail of all grocery stores. They had the absolute perfect texture for chicken jerky, that had the slightest bendy/ rubberiness to the treats, and were super affordable. I specifically use these types of jerky strips (I cut them up) as a treat to place inside balls with holes in them for my dog. It keeps my very active Blue Heeler occupied for a good 15-20 minutes. Although, I have had to buy firmer balls with smaller holes because he’s gotten a technique down and gets them out too easily. Most of the other chicken jerky treats I’ve found in stores are super hard, dry, and just break apart and flake off, making a mess on the rug. These are the second best I have found, and while living away from Texas, they make a great second runner up.

If my dog could write this review, she would probably give these treats five enthusiastic tail wags! As the official taste-tester, she goes absolutely bonkers for these. Every time I open the bag, she materializes out of nowhere, performing an impromptu happy dance that could rival any Broadway show. These treats are grain-free, so I feel good about giving them to her. In summary, these jerky treats have turned my dog into a joyful, treat-obsessed maniac, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any dog who deserves a tasty, wholesome reward!

Quality has dropped. QC is terrible. I have been buying these for YEARS but for the last 2 packages, the chicken jerky has been dry and hard. In the video, the first piece is dry and I have difficulty cutting it, and after cutting it, it shatters. The 2nd piece is moist and easier to cut.
