Good daily reminders
Lovely book but pointless if you've already got the daily meditations on codependency book: The Language of Letting Go: Hazelden Meditation Series by Melody Beattie because it's got the same daily meditations, just with a section under each daily meditation with a few lines to write your thoughts. :)

WORTH THE WAIT?
ALTHOUGH THE BOOK CAME WITHINN TEN DAYS I WAS QUITE DISSAPOINTED WITH IT. I KNEW BY THE REVIEWS THAT IT WAS USED BUT IT WAS IN POOR CONDITION AND EVERY PAGE WAS WRITTEN IN IN FULL. I WAS BUYING THIS FOR A FRIEND BUT COULD NOT GIVE IT HER.SO SAD.

The Language of Letting Go Journal
It really does help to write these things down. Even if you stop and start again its worth investing in, even if its for the future.
