Perfectly Pigmented

Really effing blue

Okay let's get this straight I don't have anything bad to say about this stuff. It did what it was supposed to do, it actually went pretty far you put in it I put the entire thing in a gallon, and it spread good dried even better. The only complaint I have is they understated how blue it is. They made it sound like it was going to be a dark kind of almost navy blue, no it is bright cerulean electric blue.
