Mai blue spearmint tea 20 day se pi rhi thi phir ek din mainy iske review mai bug ki sikayt dekhi to mainy apna product plate mai nikal kr check Kiya mai surprise thi ki ismy kafi bugs the jo ki dhyan se dekny pr he dikty h agar aap spoon mai dekhty h to ye shi lgti h mai iss product se bhut disappoint hu bcz mai isko kafi dino se pi rhi thi I don't know ye body mai kya bad effect degi .. mai ye nhi samajh pa rhi hu ki log bugs ki sikayt lgatar kr rhy h iss product dhyan diya ja rha h ya nhi

Not sure if its spearmint or peppermint
I have been using this tea after usinh some other brands and initally i liked how cool and refreshing it felt but since i was using it for hormonal hair issues i couldn't see any difference and that lead to do some research. I have been noticing the difference of flavour between peppermint and spearmint teas and i believe this is peppermint leaves not spearmint. Not sure if its just this pack i got but i am sort of disappointed now that i didnt get what i actually ordered.
