This was very tasty and easy to make.

Yummy! But thick texture
I honestly really liked this mix! I wasn’t sure about it since it was oat, but I used it and even my sister who is pretty picky liked them. Definitely a different and thicker texture than normal pancakes - you can tell it’s with oat flour. But I liked the taste. Just be aware that it’s a little thicker oatmealy texture!

Excellent pancakes!
If you are gluten free then PLEASE TRY THIS! It is so good. I used dairy free options in the mix. Added some dark chocolate chips and it was delicious. Thick, delightful pancakes. For being gluten free, the cost is reasonable. It’s easy to use and cooks quick like other pancakes.

Delicious and filling!
This is VERY tasty! It made thick, fluffy waffles. I made 6 and ate 6, but truthfully, I should have eaten only 3. Very filling. Delicious!

Fantastic mix
i have been gluten and dairy free for years. and i have not had a decent waffle since then. i have tried many mixes and flours but still could not get the proper waffle. until now. i recently tried the cake mix and icing by miss jones and was floored with the taste and quality. and then i tried the waffle mix and blow my mind. i used a mini waffle maker and had the best waffle ever--and it was gluten and dairy free. who knew i could enjoy waffles again (my waist line might not approve.). thank you miss jones. i can have waffles (and birthday cake) again thanks to you.
