I have always had thick hair, but once I got into my 40’s my hair started shedding, at 44 I started noticing that my hair is now thinning. My hairdresser recommended me this product. One month into using this my hair is not shedding like it was! I am so happy and don’t care how expensive this is. I will keep buying. Also it smells really good, my hair is a lot softer and over all feels healthier. I also bought their brush and it’s better than the wet brush. Update! 2 months later and I am back to normal with also hair growth! Top picture is now, left picture is one month, right picture was before I started this product.

I have PCOS so I didn't have much hope. My stylist suggested trying Zenagen system for woman and it has made a difference. I have really fine hair and when my hormones aren't in balance I loose quite a bit of hair. After using for 3 months I have so many tiny hairs growing right at my hairline its difficult to get a good part! definitely a happy "problem" to have! I have also seen thickening since around month 2. My hair is overall healthier,shinier and thicker. I use every other day per directions from my stylist. I will continue to use the system!

I've used this shampoo for consistently for almost 3 years. Prior to using this shampoo, I had very sparse, fine hair. When I would pull it up in a pony tail, there would be areas that you could see my scalp. Depending on the angle, you could see a bald spot, almost the size of a nickel, along my part toward the front of my head. Within a few months the sparse area got smaller and smaller. I then got pregnant and had the thickest hair I've ever had, which was still thin and fine. I did experience postpartum hair loss about 6 months after delivering but not as bad as I expected, and did not have any bald patches; which I give credit to this shampoo. About 9 months after I delivered, I started noticing new hair growth. My hair isn't as thick as it was when I was pregnant, but overall I have much less thinning of my hair, and it appears much thicker than it did prior to pregnancy. That bald spot is non-existent. I can't imagine a reason why I'd stop using this shampoo; it gives me more confidence in my thin hair than ANY product ever has. It is expensive, but worth it to me. I use it faithfully every other day, leave it on for a full 5 minutes, as directed. The 6oz bottle typically lasts me about 4-5 months. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

THIS IS EXCELLENT SHAMPOO. IT REALLY DOES ADD TEXTURE AND BODY TO THE HAIR. IT CLEANS WELL AND HOLDS UP TO HEAT AND HUMIDITY. I HAVE REALLY THIN, FINE HAIR AND I LOVE THE WAY IT MAKES MY HAIR FEEL. I SHAMPOO EVERY OTHER DAY AS RECOMMENDED. I FIND THIS PRODUCT LASTS A LONG TIME AND DOESN'T REQUIRE A BIG AMOUNT OF PRODUCT. I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION.

The product is good, the packaging is horrible. There is a plastic heat wrap seal around the screw on pump dispenser. I had to use four tools to penetrate and remove this seal and some product still spilled. I used an exacto knife and could not cut the plastic band. Then I used an ice pick to try to tear the ring. I used a scissor to try to cut the ring, and finally A pair of pliers to pull the remaking mess off. This not a toxic or dangerous liquid. This excessive wrapping is absurd and anti-consumer

The Xenagen shampoo was recommended by my hairdresser for thinning hair. Since using the product there is much less shedding and more new hair growth. Along with the shampoo I have been applying Xenagen thickening hair serum, and the thickening conditioner. It is satisfying to find something that is beneficial for promoting more hair growth.

Followed the directions and have developed the worst scalp flakes, literally huge flakes that I can’t get rid of. Didn’t notice any difference in my hair other than now I have horrible dandruff.

This is the best thickening shampoo I've found to date. I have thin fine hair, and I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and styling foam. I always use the shampoo and conditioner together, so I don't know if one is more effective than the other or if you need to use them together. However, regrettably I will be looking for another product. They've increased their price by $12 since April (I paid $48 for the same size), so it's now out of my budget.
