this is not a bad phone for light use. This phone was purchased for someone that was suffering from a stroke and this phone has proven to be a very easy phone for them to learn how to use. I would also advise that this phone is good for children under the age of 10. The price was right The service was easy to connect after putting in the SIM card and so far no real issues. be advised that this is not a lightning fast phone but if you are just using it to make calls and receive text messages it's perfect!

I'll preface this by saying that this item met my needs fine.As you can see in the photo accompanying this review, I received a brand new AT&T prepaid phone. Worked for me out of box, I just popped in the SIM from my deceased phone and all was ok (well, not the SD card but haven't tried a new one)The SIM slot was empty and there was no SIM in the box. I'm assuming that's because they figure folks buying an unlocked phone already have a SIM.As to whether it's unlocked or not, because I inserted an AT&T SIM, I really have no way of knowing. I've included photos of the legalese on the back of the box

Was told by Safelink personnel that I would be able to use this phone to replace an ancient phone. Found out after about 3 hours on the phone with Safelink to activate it was unusable.I then sent the phone back for a refund, and I pretty much lost half what I paid for the phone due to "restocking fees". Nothing against the phone but who I bought it from.

It was worth the purchase of the phone. The only problem I have is that even with the data on, it doesn't allow to me to use it. I called my company's phone service (Claro) and they said that it was the phone, not the SIM Card nor the company's service. But still, it's a good phone to hold for a bit until you can get an upgrade.

I got a old battery with the phone, and I didn't have time to return the phone because it was brought for someone out of the country and I told Amazon that I can send a picture of the battery and was told that will not help. After I told them I only have a problem with the battery being old.

This was the perfect phone for me because it was right for my budget and the features are great.

It was purchased for every day use and found it to have all the great features of a low cost Smart phone - great response time for surfing the net and messaging. Easy to use and fits smugly in hand. Have found LG products to be reliable and durable and this phone certainly has those qualities. Would recommend.

Due to the corona virus it was hard to receive help from in store any ATT store to help transfer from my old phone to new. Also since set up it seems like others on the other end hear echoing and bad reception coming from this phone.
