Great product! Bought to my massage my 10 years old son’s legs has he gets muscle spasms and it has been wonderful, great size, quality and ease to use.

Super easy to use. Feels like it does a great job stimulating and massaging the muscles. The way it's angled almost kind of pinches the skin, creating a nice draining technique used in massage. Using it on my legs mainly to get the circulation going and it's uncomfortable but in a good way. The only thing I would say is I wish the handle had a bit of rubber on the inside for a nonslip/grip effect. I use only when using it so the grip on it isn't great.

I bought this alongside a more heavy-duty "roller stick" - This is a much smaller, but still impressively sturdy massager. I specifically bought these because I get RLS (permanent aching within arms and legs) and found that these can alleviate some of the symptoms. This one is a good size to chuck in a backpack if going away. The grip is comfortable and the build quality seems good. (Nothing like a previous (other brand) one that shattered after a week - in my reviews also) The rollers themselves are made of a firm rubber-type material. They are studded to give a good pressure-point stimulation. The two rollers are at an angle to each other to ensure good coverage. I can't attest to cellulite claims as that's not what I bought it for, nor something I really suffer with. One star removed as the angle between the two rollers causes skin to be squeezed in between. Generally not a problem, but can be a bit painful if pushing hard and not paying much attention. Generally speaking though, this offers excellent value for money. It cost me less than the roller that lasted one week, and yet is still good as new.

This functions and works but it’s very cheaply made and rattles, clicks and jolts into place if pressed with any real force. Once or twice the handle has come loose from the roller and i’ve slotted it back in, but i am aware that it will break for good soon and i’ve not used it much at all. In comparison to rollers where you’re putting your body weight onto it, this works much less effectively in my oppinion, although it’s convenient for some places that are hard to put your weight onto.

I bought this massager for both muscle release and cellulite. It's too soon to comment on the cellulite. But for muscle release I can already recommend it! It's very comfortable to hold and move, you get a good pressure out of it and the curved shape definitely is perfect for calves, IT band, quads and glutes. I've used it both over a pair of leggings and without clothes (with oil) and in both cases it felt really pleasant and releasing. Even my husband borrows it to trigger point release his calves since it's so much more practical than foam rolling for just that area. It's definitely great value for money!

A really simple tool which has helped reduce the appearance of cellulite and weird lumps and bumps. I moisturise with coconut oil and use the massager a few times a week just to really work it in. I feel like it has helped especially around the flab on my arms and my thighs. While I have tried to use this as a practical massager to help tense shoulders and back pain, all it really does is hurt rather than help ease the tension. I think the roller is better used alongside moisturiser to help smooth everything out rather than as a device to massage muscles. I have bought one and will be buying another for my mum soon!

Be careful with this product. It caused significant bruising on my legs, I didn't apply that much pressure either!!
