Is the floor cleaner bottle refillable?

Yes it is... have to use a little trickery! But it upside down in boiling water for around 2-5 minutes. Somehow this does something to the locking mechanism and bam! You can refill as many times as you want with your own cleaner alternative. Same for the regular ones too.

Does it pick up dust? My wetjet didn't

It can if you have a very small amount, otherwise like with a real mo, it will not. Suggest sweeping, vacuuming, etc prior to using. You can use the swifter dry mop pads, works well well to remove dust. May need more than one pad
