XXL adhesive case contents: * weld seam from the bottle (20 g industrial glue + 40 g resin). * HG cleaner (20 ml). * HG primer (15 ml). * HG activator for brushes (15 ml). * HG activator spray (200 ml). * HG epoxy glue (56 g universal / kneading metal) HOW TO USE: Attention: Formation of heat and steam.Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles. Do not inhale fumes. Ensure working area is well ventilated! Tip:place waxed paper under the area being glued (e.g. baking parchment) * Ensure that the surfaces to be glued are thoroughly free ofoil, dirt, grease and traces of adhesive. It is recommended that the areas are cleaned using HG-Cleaner. * When glueing PP, PE, polyolefins polyethylene, polypropylene thermoplastic glue, EPDM, PTFE, silicone and other materials which are hard to glue, roughen the surfaces to be glued a little and treat with HG-Primer. * very porous, very small or two mis-matched surfaces made from porcelain, stone, tiles, wood or ceramic require glue without resin which often needs several hours to set. In these cases, the HG-Activator speeds up the glueing process. Surfaces must be treated before glueing. * Large breakages or gaps can be filled usingHG-Resin. Filling height should be no more than 2 mm. (large gaps can be treated using several layers!) * Finally, the HG-Resin needs to be completely covered by HG-Adhesive.A reaction then occurs. * After having set (between 20-60 minutes, depending on the material), the ly bonded seam can be worked on . e.g. drilling, tapping, grinding and painting.
