This culture made such yummy cottage cheese! I only wish there was more in the package as I used it up quicker than I realized for one recipe.

Intended for large batches
I started making cheese with my goats milk last year, ran out of culture, ordered this one. I previously used the yellow packet, read that you should alternate culture so tried this one. Seems to worm ok, I've been making squeaky cheddar. I've watched a few videos on cheese making and saw some use less culture than called for in small batch recipes? I store this in a small jar in fridge, lasts Long time for me.
