In desperate need of a new phone
Three months ago, my prior phone screen had scratches all over. Was going to get it fixed. But was advised to buy a new phone instead of fixing. So i checked with amazon and decided to get a new phone that will allow me to use my tmobile sim card from the old phone. Also, checked with amazon customer service and was told to get a new phone instead of a used one as my replacement when i was desparately needing one. Did not want to get a new phone from tmobile due to the very high prices. So far did not have any problems after tmobile was able to help with installing the old sim card with the new phone. And do like the new phone. But will make sure not to drop it to avoid scratches pn the screen.

Screen frozen
After two months screen frozen , try many ways, on / off, take out battery, hard set just won’t work.Write to customer service, responded: hard set or to carrier or repair shop.So disappointing, send to trash can.

Great budget phone!
LG phones are awesome especially this one, it's the second one I've bought in the last 3 years because for the price I can't find anything better! The only reason I replaced the first one is because the screen cracked but this time around I purchased the necessary case and screen protector to avoid accidental damage.

Still fine after 2 years
Well, it's been 2 years and other than a minor crack on the corner of the screen, this thing is still running fine. The only real issue I've had is with the charge port wearing down a bit, which is easily remedied by not using a cheaply-made cable and instead switching to a cable that fits properly.

Great Bargin!!
The appearance of the phone is in excellent condition. The only problem is when I'm typing certain letters, I have to press down a little harder than I would have to with the other letters. I give this purchase a 4.5 stars out of a 5! I am overall satisfied with my new phone ! Thank you !!
