A must when making a cheesecake. It’s easy to use.

This is the good stuff—used it for some Milk Bar recipes (like a few other individuals on here, thanks Christina Tosi for the inspiration!) and it worked just fine. Product arrived in two days, well-packaged and included a sheet of ‘Cake’ stickers, which I assume are to keep the roll of acetate from unravelling. They’re cute, I stuck one on my laptop. ;-)

Just as expected. These collars are just the right thickness and are easy to cut to size, apply to the cake and remove. Worked perfectly on my Milk Bar confetti bday cake. <3

I use this for card making when I make shaker cards. Not as thick as I would have hoped but it gets the job done. Only thing is when I try to cut it on my machine, it doesn’t stick as well because it curls due to the rolling. But I would recommend.

I used this to make the Christina Tosi Momofuku layer cake. My boyfriend tried to make one without using the acetate, substituting parchment paper...it did not hold together. Two rings of this were quite sturdy and my cake turned out great. There’s certainly plenty of it left for future cakes/baking projects. Just wish I could have bought a slightly smaller roll since it’s way more than I needed.

I use this roll of acetate to support layered cake desserts. Cut a strip just a little longer than the circumference of the cake, wrap it around the base layer and use a bit of clear tape to fasten. Then assemble your layers without fear of cheesecake, mousse, frosting or cream falling off your creation. Also keeps the dessert intact while transporting it. Remove tape and peel off acetate collar before cutting the dessert.

Calling all Card Makers, If your into making shaker cards or need some clear sheet to make a window panel in a card, this is a great item to use. I use a Cricut Explorer machine to cut out shapes that I use for shaker cards and they are amazing and instead of paying $12-$13 on some acetate sheets get yourself a roll. So worth it.

This cake collar arrived quickly and was as described. I used it with a 6 inch round cake. I taped 2 pieces together so it was tall, and the cake could be stacked high with cookies and frosting in between the layers. It held up nicely and the cake turned out great.

I bought these collars in order to make the confetti birthday cake out of Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook. They worked perfectly and the roll is large enough to cater for many future baking projects !
