Coffee arrived fast, intact, and capsules were in perfect state. Coffee is smooth, bold, and with consistent crema. Highly recommended, especially if you have access to recycling the aluminum capsules.

Pods were just as I ordered. No surprises.

They smell and taste satisfactory. Although other brands are also wrapped in Aluminum, Nespresso seem to smell and taste better. I think it is how they seal the coffee. I choose medium roast because the light roast is not robust and the dark roast tastes too much like charcoal.

I really enjoy the nespresso product but feel the price is a bit high, so I started buying sub standard pods like bestpresso and used them for about 4 months. Now I am back to the real deal and the quality difference is much larger than I remember. The coffee tastes so much better. The 100 pack should last my family a good long while and this will likely be a recurring purchase for us. Only giving it 4 stars for the price, but I guess it's hard to complain as this is still the cheapest price for this product on the internet.

Most of the Nespresso reviews are binary - people either love the coffee capsules, or pull big shade on them. Personally, I have found that if you follow the Nespresso cup size recommendations/guidelines, add a touch of brown natural sugar, and sip the coffee, it is every bit as good as the stuff sold in most coffee houses, or expensive espresso shops. Factor in the fact that you have coffee-on-demand without leaving the comfort of your home, in your PJs, and at a fraction of the outside commercial cost. The tricks are few - don't use regular tap water (unless it is filtered rainwater), stick to bottled water or distilled water (fresh in the Nespresso tank), clean your Nespresso every 100 cups, and the espresso coffee experience is one to look forward to, particularly in the evening. I follow these rules, and I think the convenience and quality of the Nespresso coffee experience is just what I'm looking for.
